We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Paper: Canson Mi-Teintes
Pencil: standard pencils (nothing special): Faber-Castell. H, HB, B, B3, B6, B8. Don't know if they are available in you country.

Good to hear that! It's the 9000 series from Faber-Castell.
Most important is that you KNOW your materials and you are comfortable to work with them. That's why I always advice to try all kind of different materials. What works for me don't have to work for someone else. It doesn't mean some other could not have better results with materials that I could only achieve undistinguished results with.
